Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when you can cancel a booking with Young Artists Mastery for Performing Arts W.L.L (YAM) and what you get back. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

If YAM cancels

If we cancel a class, camp or programme, or a session cannot run, you receive a full refund for the sessions affected or, if you prefer, a credit towards a future booking.

Term classes

• 7 days or more before the first session: withdraw in writing for a full refund.
• Less than 7 days before, or after the term has started: fees are not refundable, but you may transfer to another class with space in the same term.
• Trial or first-session concerns: talk to us — if the class is clearly not right for your child after the first session, we will try to find a better fit.

Holiday camps, workshops and drop-in sessions

• 72 hours or more before the start: full refund or credit.
• Less than 72 hours before, or no-show: not refundable.

Absences and class credits

• If you tell us before the class, an excused absence from a Saturday term class earns a class credit, applied automatically to a future invoice.
• Camps, drop-in sessions and weekday partner-school clubs do not earn absence credits.
• Medical reasons: with a doctor's note we will offer a credit for the sessions missed.

Session packs

Unused sessions in a pack remain valid until the pack's expiry date shown at purchase. Packs are not refundable once a session has been used, except where YAM cancels.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card refunds through SkipCash) within 14 working days of approval. Bank-transfer payments are refunded by bank transfer.

Use Request refund on the invoice in your YAM account, email info@yam.qa, or WhatsApp +974 5190 2888. Please include the child's class and the invoice number (OB-2026-…).

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Qatar's consumer protection law.
