Delete your YAM account and data

This page explains how to delete an account you created on yam.qa or in the YAM app (Young Artists Mastery for Performing Arts W.L.L.).

How to request deletion

1. Email info@yam.qa with the subject "Delete my YAM account", from the email address on your account (or WhatsApp +974 5190 2888 from the registered number).
2. Tell us whether to delete the whole account or only some data (for example one child's record).
3. We confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your parent account and login, your contact details, your children's records (names, dates of birth, school, allergies, photos, pick-up contacts), messages and suggestions.

What we keep, and for how long

Payment and invoice records that Qatari law requires us to keep for accounting are retained for the legally required period and then deleted. Card details are never stored by YAM (payments are handled by SkipCash).
